because it's bend i knew i'd have to entertain myself. what's the use of getting cable included in the rent if you don't use it? and because it's bend, why not watch it in style. actually, i wanted a big screen so it'd be easier to play video games on. haha...

so i went to walmart, bed bath, and target so many times the past three days that the employees started recognizing me. the fact that i'm one of the only asians in town probably helped. there was an upside to visiting those stores all the time - so i went to walmart and, as always, checked the electronics section for a wii. as expected, no wiis in stock. came back the next day to buy some more stuff, went through the electronics aisle again, and lo and behold, there was a wii! apparently it was the last one from the shipment they got from the night before. the guy told me two people called in about it, but it was first come first serve. so, i came and i served. now i won't ever need to leave my apartment.
